How much does your services cost districts?

SecuredIT’s services are provided at no cost to your organization. We operate on a vendor-funded model: compensation is paid by the seller only after a transaction is finalized, ensuring our work remains budget-neutral and entirely outside the scope of your contract. By prioritizing transaction volume rather than maximizing margin on any single deal, our incentives are aligned with your procurement goals, delivering better pricing and predictable outcomes across many transactions.

Can I call you after I have prices through a vendor?

We’re always happy to review your pricing and provide straightforward, practical feedback. If you’d like, we can engage directly with your vendor to explore whether the deal can be improved. Alternatively, we can obtain competitive quotes from other vendors and work to match or beat the pricing and terms you’ve already been offered. The choice is yours — we support whichever path you prefer. Our role is to work for you, not to replace your existing relationships unless you ask us to.

Why do you have preferred partners?

Preferred partners are companies we’ve worked with for 10+ years and trust to deliver—reliably, transparently, and repeatedly. These vendors consistently meet their commitments, communicate honestly, and provide the right pricing and service every time.

To be recognized as a preferred partner, a company must accept SecuredIT’s Vendor Pledge, which centers on five core commitments:

  • Best-price parity. The vendor will provide SecuredIT the lowest available pricing for comparable products and services, regardless of deal size or volume.
     
  • Full pricing transparency. All costs are disclosed up front; there are no hidden fees, surcharges, or surprise charges.
     
  • Priority service & support. Preferred partners give our districts priority access to support, minimizing delays and keeping projects on schedule.
     
  • Dedicated account representation. Assigned account teams understand SecuredIT’s processes, district needs, and local priorities.
     
  • Order and issue resolution priority. Quotes, fulfillment, backorders, and RMAs receive expedited handling so work keeps moving.
     

This structure protects districts’ time, budgets, and trust: when we bring a preferred partner forward, that vendor is already aligned with our expectations — and yours. That said, districts are never required to use a preferred partner. If you prefer a vendor you already work with, or want us to engage someone new, we’ll do that. Preferred partners simply help us deliver consistent results faster and with fewer surprises.
